Multiple DUI/OVI Offenses in Ohio

Seek Legal Representation from Our West Chester DUI Attorney

If you have already experienced a DUI related charge in the past, you might be well-versed in the DUI process. The major difference between the first and second offense are the associated penalties, along with the decrease in leniency from the prosecutors. The first offense may portray you as a person who simply made a mistake, while the second offense labels you as person with a potentially serious drinking problem.

Each ensuing offense only gets worse, so it’s imperative to have an experienced attorney by your side to demonstrate to the court that you’re still a human being who made another mistake, not a criminal. Our West Chester attorneys have comprehensive knowledge of the legal system to protect your rights.
