Experience and Background
Samantha earned her Bachelor’s degree at Xavier University in 2004. In 2004, she also received a ROTC Commission in the U.S. Army. She attended Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law and graduated in 2007. Following her passage of the Ohio bar examination in 2007, Samantha entered Active Duty in February 2008 as an officer in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
While in the military, Samantha served as a Legal Assistance attorney, Administrative Law attorney, Military Prosecutor and Military Defense Counsel. She graduated from Airborne and Air Assault schools and was deployed to Bagram, Afghanistan in 2010 with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault).
After leaving the military, Samantha joined a local law firm, focusing on civil litigation, municipal law and criminal prosecution. She served as the City of Hamilton Municipal Court Prosecutor before returning to defense and joining the Meadows Law Firm in 2019.
Samantha is admitted to practice in Ohio, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the U.S. Supreme Court.
